Note: In case of high pressure in the hose, the tape must be tightly wrapped several times (at least 10 times). When used correctly, our self-sealing silicone tape can withstand pressures of up to 20 bar. Example of use: To achieve the desired tear resistance at water pressures of up to 10 bar, we recommend wrapping the 1 mm thick tape at least twice and the 0.5 mm thick tape at least four times. Press briefly, and you're done. In seconds, it's airtight and watertight. Tip: After holding the end of the tape for an extended period, dirt particles may accumulate. These can prevent the tip from adhering properly to the tape. In this case, simply cut off the excess.
