Description

General Description

The TRIMEC pet ID reader is an essential tool for pet owners concerned about the safety of their companions.

Thanks to its wireless reading technology, it allows for the quick display of pet identification information.

Equipped with a high-brightness OLED screen, it is easily readable even in direct sunlight.

This reader is compatible with FDX-B (ISO11784/11785) and EMID microchips and is widely used for animal management, railway detection, and other applications.

Installation

The pet microchip scanner must be implanted by a professional using a dedicated syringe at a 45° angle.

Recommended implantation locations include: Dogs and cats: root of the ear or side of the neck. Cranes, donkeys.

Swans: center front of the neck. Takin: center of the left side of the neck, near the base of the ear.

Usage

To use the reader, follow these steps: Press the button to start the device and enter scanning mode.

Place a tag in the antenna loop and press the button to read it.

Press the button to read the next tag.

If no tag is detected, the device will automatically turn off after 180 seconds, or you can turn it off manually by pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds.
