Description
General Description: Round, black plastic carbon brush cap for covering carbon brushes in power tools. This cap is suitable for most motors, e.g., in hammers, circular saws, angle grinders, and cut-off saws. Specifications: Outer diameter: 16 mm; Height: 8 mm; Material: Plastic; Pack of 4 caps. Installation: To install, first remove the carbon brush holder and then the old caps. Replace them with the supplied new caps. Ensure that the square back of the brush holder is firmly seated against the electrical contact before tightening. Check that the outer diameter of the cap matches the diameter of the opening for the carbon brush. Use: This cap is an ideal replacement for old carbon brush caps. It offers good resistance to heat, wear, and corrosion, as well as a reliable seal against water and dust. Further Information: Measure the old cap with calipers. If the measured diameter is approximately 11.5 mm, we recommend ordering a 12 mm carbon brush cap. Please check the size before ordering.
