The nylon bristles are very soft and won't scratch when painting the pool floor. The clip helps the pool vacuum tip attach securely to the pole, preventing fingers from being pricked by the pole tip. A detachable, dual-layer interface fits standard 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" telescopic poles. Rust-resistant tension springs are integrated into the handle for easy adjustment of the operating angle. Two safety purge valves are included. Adjustable settings help control the suction produced by the vacuum.
