General description

Smartseal Porcelain Tile Cleaner is a professional-grade cleaner designed for both indoor and outdoor use. This powerful formula effectively removes ingrained dirt, grime, algae, bird droppings, and other surface contaminants from all types of porcelain tiling, making it ideal for cleaning porcelain patios, paths, driveways, and indoor surfaces such as floors and walls in bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways. It is suitable for any color, type, or texture of porcelain, including polished, glazed, un-glazed, and anti-slip surfaces. Additionally, it acts as a disinfectant.

Technical specifications

Volume: 1 Litre

Coverage: Up to 10m² per litre, depending on porosity and level of surface contamination

Directions for use: Dilute concentrate at a ratio of 1:4 with clean water

Installation

For outdoor use: Apply with a sprayer or watering can, rinse off after 30 minutes, or pressure wash for heavier contamination

For indoor use: Apply with a mop, sponge, or brush, allow to dwell for 15-30 minutes, agitate with a stiff broom or brush, and rinse off with clean water

Usage

Use as a porcelain patio cleaner for stubborn organic surface contamination and ingrained grime

Apply more product if it starts to dry out too quickly, especially in warmer weather conditions

Rinse off with a hose or pressure washer once satisfied with cleanliness

Other information

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight

Once opened, use within 3 months

Please note: The cleaner may remove some residue from brush-in compounds used to lay porcelain tiles
