General description

Smartseal Porcelain Tile Cleaner is a powerful solution designed to effectively remove ingrained dirt, grime, algae, bird droppings, and other surface contaminants from all types of porcelain tiling. It is particularly effective as a porcelain patio cleaner and is ideal for both internal and external surfaces, including floors and walls in bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways. This cleaner prepares the surface for the application of the Porcelain Tile Sealer, ensuring a thoroughly clean base.

Technical specifications

Dilution ratio: 1:4 with clean water

Coverage: Up to 10m² per litre, depending on porosity and contamination level

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight

Usage after opening: Within 3 months

Installation

For outdoor use: Dilute the concentrate at 1:4 with clean water, apply with a sprayer or watering can, and rinse off after 30 minutes or pressure wash for heavier contamination.

For indoor use: Dilute the concentrate at 1:4 with clean water, apply with a mop, sponge, or brush, allow to dwell for 15-30 minutes, agitate with a stiff broom or brush, and rinse off with clean water.

Usage

For best results, apply the Porcelain Tile Cleaner after dilution and agitate with a stiff brush for 10-15 minutes. If using externally, especially in warmer weather, add more product if it starts to dry out too quickly. Rinse off with a hose or pressure washer once satisfied with the cleanliness of the porcelain tiles.

Other information

Also acts as a disinfectant.

Can be applied to any color, type, or texture of porcelain, including polished, glazed, un-glazed, and anti-slip.

Note: The cleaner may remove some residue from brush-in compounds used for laying porcelain tiles.
