Pour the reduced amount of milk into the coffee cup. 4. Add pure Vietnamese coffee. 5. Scoop out the coffee with two teaspoons (approximately 15 g). 6. Place the coffee grounds flat on a plate, then press down. 7. Place the cup on top, then pour in a little water (the coffee grounds should be damp but not dripping).
