General Description This refractometer allows you to easily monitor the quality of grapes and thus improve your winemaking. It was designed primarily to measure the sugar content of grape juice and therefore allows you to determine the potential alcohol level of wine and fermented grape juice. Please note that this device is not suitable for measuring the alcohol content of wine.
