General DescriptionThe carbon monoxide alarm is a safe and reliable device, complying with EN 50291. It uses a high sensitivity electrochemical sensor, offering a lifespan of up to 5 years. The LCD screen displays real-time CO values, with a blue backlight activated when levels exceed 30 PPM. Other information Installation tips: Install on the ceiling or wall, away from areas such as the garage, kitchen, boiler room or bathroom. Do not install in areas where the temperature will be below 4.4°C (40°F) or above 37.8°C (100°F). Avoid ceilings arched or sloped.Install at least 15 feet from any combustion appliance.Install at least one foot from fluorescent lights.Position the detector so that curtains or other objects do not block the sensor.Avoid excessively dusty, dirty or greasy areas.
