General Description

Usage

Connect the foam cannon to the pressure washer using the 1/4-inch quick-connect fitting or the appropriate M22-14 thread. Select the appropriate nozzle for the cleaning task. Adjust the foam level using the control screw. Use the spray gun to spray foam or water onto the vehicle or surface to be cleaned.

Instructions

• Foam Generator Replacement:
  1. Use the pointed end to pull the metal bar above the plastic part.
  2. Pick the plastic part apart and remove the metal part.
  3. Replace the foam generator.
  4. Install the plastic part and the core.
• Spray Nozzle Replacement:
  1. Screw off the 1/4-inch quick-connect fitting.
  2. Use a spanner wrench to turn the foam cannon counterclockwise.
  3. Screw on the new foam spray nozzle.
  4. Screw on the 1/4-inch quick-connect fitting.
• Using the Snow Foam Generator:
  1. Pour clean water into the tank and add a small amount of foaming soap.
  2. Insert the rubber hose into the inlet.
  3. Connect the 1/4-inch quick-connect fitting to the spray gun or pressure washer hose.
  4. Adjust the tap to achieve the desired foam level. Then, adjust the plastic part of the tap to achieve the desired sector pattern.
  5. Unlock the spray gun; it will dispense a dense foam.
  6. After washing, turn the tap to the "+" end and spray clean, dry water for 10 seconds to flush out any soap residue from the spray nozzle and foam generator. Otherwise, soap residue can easily cause clogs.
• Precautions: The snow foam generator operates at a working pressure of 1000 psi to 3600 psi. It includes an additional 1.0 mm orifice nozzle for improved performance. If the working pressure exceeds 2500 PSI, use the original nozzle.
