Product Information

Application: For measuring honey, condensed milk, vegetable oils, sugar syrup, fruits, jams, and molasses.

Measuring range: Brix: 58–90%, Resolution: Brix: 0.2%, 10–32% water content in 0.2% increments.

Easy to use: Place 2–3 drops of the sample onto the main prism, close the plate, and read the Brix value through the viewing window. Do not calibrate the refractometer yourself unless you have professional calibration equipment.

Do not calibrate this refractometer with water. Measurement accuracy: Graduation line (blue/white), excellent readability (even in daylight), easily visible eyepiece with adjustable focus. Accessories: Pipette, cleaning cloth, mini water sampler, and carrying case. The pipette allows for simple liquid testing. We do not provide calibration equipment or standard liquids.
