Description

General Description

The quick connector is designed for rapid connection and disconnection under high current conditions. It is widely used in various equipment such as forklifts, medical equipment, solar batteries, wheelchairs, chargers, and other devices. This connector can also be used as an auxiliary battery socket for jump-starting or connecting batteries in vehicles and boats.

Installation

Prepare the appropriate cables and open the cable sheath approximately 10 mm.
Hold the silver-plated copper terminal with pliers and insert the solder wire into the terminal.
Use a hot air blower to heat the terminal and melt the solder wire.

Soldering.

Insert the stripped wire into the terminal after the solder wire has melted.
Turn off the heat gun and allow everything to solidify.
Insert the connected terminals into the connector, observing the correct polarity.

Use

The quick connector is easy to use for quickly connecting and disconnecting the battery to various equipment such as winches, trailers, and other electrical devices. The terminals can be crimped or soldered to the cables, and the polarity markings on the housing facilitate wiring, preventing connection errors.

Other Information

The dust cap protects the contacts from dust, moisture, and other debris when not in use. Pay attention to the positive and negative terminals when connecting.
