Description

The refrigerant hose opening interface can be an M14 or 1/2" thread. If using other inspection tools, please check if the screwdriver hole and the refrigerant cylinder opening are compatible. Durable.

Function: Additional cooling kit for air conditioning. The R134 interface is easy to use and install. High-pressure hose with 1/2-inch ACME fitting. The built-in safety valve prevents accidental refrigerant release. By adding refrigerant, it is suitable for home and automotive air conditioners.

Technical Data: Material: Aluminum + Copper + Rubber Quantity: 1 Refrigerant: R134A Speaker: 1 * Refrigerant Hose Measuring Kit Different brands of refrigerant filling kits The following method is:

1. It is necessary to prepare an additional tube for self-testing the car air conditioner.

2. Vehicle-mounted R134a refrigerant bottle.

3. Now begin testing the pressure in your car: First, use the plug-in device to turn the sleeve at the end of the DIY filling tube clockwise until it reaches the top. Screw the refrigerant bottle into the cap and tighten it.

4. Locate the low-voltage interface. Usually, there is a small blue or black cap on the left side of the hood. To tighten the low-pressure cap, unscrew the small cap.

5. Start the car engine, then turn on the AC switch for the air conditioner, turn the fan on fully, and wait three minutes. Connect the DIY interface to the low-voltage port of the car's air conditioner.

6. After connecting the DIY tube to the low-pressure port, the scale reading on the DIY pressure gauge will appear immediately. Currently, on the DIY group, the pressure gauge scale corresponds to the pressure in the air conditioning system. For an overview of the system, consult the pressure scale on the gauge. Negative pressure. At what pressure should the refrigerant be added? There is currently a statement of knowledge! The pressure in the control system changes with the change in the external ambient temperature, as shown in the figure below. The temperature and air are in Fahrenheit. Adjust the system pressure comparison table to confirm the system pressure. A higher system pressure indicates that the system has cooled down. If the refrigerant level is higher than normal, it must be topped up. The outside ambient temperature (Fahrenheit) is used for low-pressure measurement. The following dynamometer value represents the theoretically constant temperature in the laboratory. The outside temperature during use may not meet this requirement. When the owner and their friends use it, please calculate based on the minimum value in the calculation method table, then subtract 10 PSI from the minimum value. When the system is under normal pressure, the pressure cannot exceed the minimum value. When the pressure is exceeded, the compressor will automatically protect itself. During this period, the cooling effect will be weak! For example, when the outside temperature is 30 degrees Celsius, the household electricity meter displays 45PSI-55PSI. This is a constant temperature value; should we use 45PSImus1OP in the calculation? If it's the pressure, the result is 35ESI. This is the normal pressure in the system; it's best not to exceed this value. Shop Tips: 1. The size is measured manually; please allow for an error of 1-3 cm. 2. Due to different monitor pixels, there may be a color difference; please refer to the actual product.
