Description
Start seedlings under cover and let them harden off in the same spot with this raised planter in Black. The flip-up lid means the bed can work as a cold frame one week and an open planter the next.
Combining Plastic, Metal, this planter gives you a lightweight body on a metal frame that keeps the whole unit steady at working height.
Key features
- Flip-up cover turns the raised bed into a small protective greenhouse
- Raised on legs so you can tend plants without stooping or kneeling
- Drainage hole keeps roots from sitting in waterlogged compost
- Dimensions: 100 x 49 x 136 cm (L x W x H)
- Weight: 9.5 kg
- Materials: Plastic, Metal
- Colour: Black
Ideal for balconies, small courtyards and paved corners where ground space is limited, and for anyone who finds bending down difficult. Herbs, salads and bedding plants all thrive in the deep trough.
Rinse the tray and wipe the lid with a mild soap solution, and clear the drainage hole so surplus water always runs away freely.
A well-made planter that makes kitchen gardening easy on the back and knees.
