The Garage Door Rubber Seal Threshold Gaps Kit is designed to effectively seal gaps from 5mm to 13mm under your garage door. This durable draught excluder is available in a length of 2.515m, making it suitable for single garage doors. It prevents rainwater, draughts, leaves, and dust from entering, ensuring a clean and dry garage interior. The seal is compatible with up-and-over, hinged, and roller garage doors, and its unique shape helps deflect water away from the inside.

Quick and easy fitting with included adhesive

Supplied with a cartridge of sealant to fix the threshold to the ground

Base of the seal is serrated and grooved for maximum bonding

Recommended not to drive over the seal for a minimum of 24 hours after fitting

Usage

Reduces condensation effects, protecting tools and equipment from rust

Helps conserve heat, potentially reducing energy costs

Can be cut to size for desired length

For gaps larger than 13mm, can be used with a garage door rubber seal or door brush seal
