Usage
To use the tester pen, simply place your hand over the cap and touch the probe. Insert the voltage measuring pen into the air; the pen will illuminate with two-color red and green lights.

Battery self-inspection is also possible: if the green light is on, the battery is fully charged; otherwise, it is low.
