The worst order I have done in my life. They haven’t delivered the sofa even after 14 days and asking about the review.

It’s a really good sofa bed , I’m using it every day due to my children needing their own bedrooms so it’s nice to have the living room looking nice and presentable during the day and I can quickly put my bed together in the evening. It’s quite comfortable and does the job , the handy ottoman means I can put bedding away in there. Really easy to put together can have left or right corner. Definitely worth the money. Only thing I would say is the courier is letting Mano Mano down, XDP express has bad reviews , I recommend contacting customer services right away to chase it up. Had a lovely lady who dealt with. I wasn’t expecting it till after bank holiday. Had some random mobile number text me at 9pm from some bloke saying his going to drop the sofa off in the morning luckily I was home anyway, wasn’t very happy about how unprofessional someone randomly contacts you from a mobile number late into the evening. Doesn’t make a single woman feel very comfortable about that. He also came alone when it was meant to be a 2man delivery. So I ended up having to help him get it through the door as he was struggling with it. I asked what happened to the 2man delivery and he said he prefers to do it alone so he gets paid and don’t have to share it , but has me trying to hold my little boy to keep him out the way and push the sofa in the door.

We had this sofa for one year and a half, at first it was good but then lately it started deteriorating in some parts and there are softer and when we seat there we sink. It cost us £600, for that amount we were expecting to use it more than a year and a half.
