Installation

Before proceeding When installing the four-way valve, it is important to follow certain steps to ensure optimal operation:

Use a plastic cap to block the four nozzles to prevent impurities from entering the valve.

Check the position of the four-way valve slider inside the main valve body; it should be on the left.

Wrap the four-way valve in a damp cloth before desoldering.

Pay attention to the flame direction when soldering to avoid overheating the valve body.

Use a silver-containing brazing filler metal to ensure a quality weld.

If possible, use nitrogen-filled shielding during soldering to reduce oxide skin formation.

Application

This product is used to convert refrigeration and heating systems by changing the refrigerant flow path.

It is essential to purge the oxide skin inside the four-way valve with nitrogen after welding and to ensure that moisture is avoided during cooling.
