These versatile gel compresses are suitable for both cold and warm applications, making them an essential addition to any medicine cabinet. Cold treatment with the cooling pads helps relieve the pain of sprains and bruises, while heat therapy stimulates circulation, alleviates tension, and aids in relieving period, abdominal, and back pain.

  • Installation

  • For cold application: Place in refrigerator or freezer (up to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use.
  • For warm application: Heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) or in the microwave (280 W) for 4 minutes before use.
  • Before use, wrap in a thin cloth to avoid burns.
  • Usage

  • Use on bruises, sprains, and insect bites for cold application.
  • Use for sore muscles, back pain, and menstrual cramps for warm application.
  • Do not use compresses for longer than 20 minutes.
  • Use on children only under adult supervision.
