This high-performance charging system repair kit was specifically developed for the Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 superbikes (model years 2004–2005). It includes a solenoid coil, a regulator/rectifier, and a side cover gasket, providing a complete solution for systematically addressing electrical system faults caused by worn original parts or intensive track use. These faults include, for example, a battery that won't charge, severe voltage fluctuations, headlight/ECU malfunctions, and starting problems. [Compatible Models and Years] Compatible models and years: SUZUKI GSX-R600 (K4/K5): 2004 and 2005 models. SUZUKI GSX-R750 (K4/K5): 2004 and 2005 models. Kit components: Solenoid coil: The central component of the high-speed generator supplies power to the ignition system, electronic fuel injection system (ECU), and all high-performance electrical components of the vehicle. Regulator rectifier: Highly efficient switching design, precise voltage regulation, protection against over- and undercharging of the battery, and protection of the ECU and other sensitive electronic components. Side cover gasket: The gasket must be replaced when replacing the stator coil to prevent oil leaks. Important note: This repair kit is vehicle-specific. Before purchasing, please check whether your vehicle is a GSX-R600 or GSX-R750 (K4/K5) from model years 2004 or 2005.
