Manufactured in accordance with the SUS304 standard. TEMPERATURE PROBE FEATURES: Temperature probe, 8.9 cm (3.5 in) internal grill sensor, 43.2 cm (17 in) stainless steel cable, screw and nut included. VERSATILE: Can be used for barbecues and other foods. Thanks to its digital controller, it allows you to monitor the temperature of the meat (smokers and grills) and the ambient temperature. NOTE: Please check compatibility with your grill/smoker. Many temperature probes look similar, but they are completely different models. Avoid purchasing the wrong one.
