Installation
The network socket installation process is simple and accessible even to Amateur electricians. Here are the steps to follow:- Stripping the LAN installation cable with a knife to expose the braided shielding.
- Do not pull the wire pairs together in the shielding.
- Push the LAN cable into the strain relief clamp and sort the wire pairs.
- Remove the insulation and insert the wire pairs into the plug-in terminal ports using a tool.
- Trim any excess cable.
- Attach the back cover of the socket.
- Install the center plate and frame.
