Compatibility and Accessories

Installation

• Ensure the metal surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, and grease
• Remove loose rust or paint with a wire brush or sandpaper
• For previously painted surfaces in good condition, lightly sand with 240 grit sandpaper
• For flaking paint, remove completely before applying
• Stir the paint thoroughly before use
• Apply 2-3 coats, allowing 2-4 hours between coats
• For spray application, dilute with about 10% water or as specified for your sprayer

Usage

• Apply with a brush, roller, or spray for best results
• Allow each coat to dry for 2-4 hours
• For optimal durability, apply three coats on rusty metal
• Touch dry in 30 minutes after the final coat
