The surface is lubricated with grease to prevent rust, the thread is clean and easy to repair. Ease of use: The die is used with a die holder (also called a handle or die wrench). The die's positioning groove must be aligned with the fixing screw in the center of the wrench, then the screw must be inserted into the groove and tightened. A quarter to half turn is necessary to facilitate chip evacuation through the designated hole. Tips: Apply a suitable lubricating oil to the cutting edge of the die during tapping. The end of the bar should be chamfered at 1 x 45°, without the chamfer being too deep. The bar diameter should be smaller (by approximately 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm) than the nominal diameter of the required thread.
