Extension drain spout for 1000-liter water tanks.

This accessory is specifically designed for 1000-liter plastic tanks (also called IBCs or GRVs) used for rainwater harvesting, storage, and consumption. It attaches directly to the valve of your 1000L tank with an S60X6 fitting.

This drain spout attaches directly to your tank's valve and allows you to drain your tank.
Caution: the outlet is grooved, not threaded. You will not be able to screw other fittings onto the extension.

My tank valve must be S60X6 threaded.

Also called artillery thread, the most common S60X6 thread.

D1 = Valve outlet outside diameter (including threads): Between 58 and 61 mm

P1 = Thread spacing: 6 mm

Number of threads on the valve: Between 3 and 4.

If your valve has a different thread, please see our Threads page. If you are unsure, please contact us by email, attaching photos of the front and three-quarter views of your valve. This item is not compatible with cam valves (see opposite). The number of threads is insufficient on a cam valve and does not allow for a watertight seal. Note: All measurements are manual; please allow for a 1-3cm error. Due to differences in lighting and display settings, there may be some color variation. The actual product received will vary.
