S60X6 Fitting - HDPE Tap for 1000 L Water Tank

This tap is specially designed for 1000-liter plastic tanks (also called IBCs or GRVs) used for rainwater harvesting, storage, and consumption.

IMPORTANT: Our eco-friendly range of fittings is exclusively for use with water.

My tank valve must be S60X6 threaded.

Also called artillery thread, the S60X6 thread is the most common in France.

D1 = Valve outlet outside diameter (including threads): Between 58 and 61 mm

P1 = Thread spacing: 6 mm

Number of threads on the valve: Between 3 and 4.

If your valve has an internal check valve (WERIT type), you will need to adapt a threaded extension S60X6 between the valve and the fitting to prevent the valve from blocking the fitting's screwing.

Does not fit cam valves

Please note that this item cannot be fitted to a cam valve (see opposite).

The number of threads is insufficient on a cam valve and does not allow for a watertight seal of the fitting.
