Wrap the blanket around yourself and zip it up for a comfortable sauna experience.

Usage

Recommended temperature setting: 122-149℉ (50-65°C).

For enhanced relaxation, apply sea buckthorn cream or essential oil (not included) before use.

Enjoy the sauna for 30-40 minutes, ensuring your head remains outside the blanket.

Stay hydrated before and after use, and rest for about 2 hours before showering.
