It is ideal for users who wish to connect devices such as televisions, VHS recorders, DVD burners, and game consoles like the PS3, while supporting both PAL and NTSC formats. Technical Specifications Input port: 1 × SCART Output port: 1 × HDMI HD output resolution: 1080p @ 60 Hz / 720p @ 60 Hz Power consumption: powered via a USB cable (5V, 1A) Compatible with HD 1.3 Installation Connect the SCART port of the source device to the converter. Plug the HDMI port of the converter into your TV. Power the converter via the USB port, either by plugging it into a 5V 1A outlet or a TV's USB port. Usage If the screen remains blue with no signal, press the button to select 720p. Check that the TV is set to the corresponding HDMI port. If the power indicator light does not turn on, try another USB port for power.
