Min/max, average, and emissivity modes support detailed diagnostics. Features include data-hold and data record, and high/low temperature alarm. Detachable K-type probe for accurate liquid temperature readings. Powered by a 9V battery (supplied). Low battery indicator and auto power-off to conserve battery life. Storage pouch included.
