Description

General description

The self-adhesive chimney seal is a versatile solution designed for various applications, including stoves, fireplaces, barbecues, smokers, flue pipes, and cable ducts, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With a length of 2m and dimensions of 15mm x 3mm, it provides ample material for daily sealing needs.

Installation

Ensure the surface is clean and dry.

Peel off the protective film from the self-adhesive tape.

Stick the tape in place and allow it to cure for 12 hours.

Usage

The sealing tape is designed to be held in place by friction connections, such as window seals, expansion joints, glass holder torches, and pipe joints.

For vertical applications, additional components or fire rope adhesive may be required for reinforcement.

Note that if the temperature exceeds the adhesive's tolerance, it may dissolve, affecting seals on lids, grilles, doors, and chimneys.
