Self-contained AC 220V Natural Gas Leak Detector, NC/NO Relay, Mains Output, Fire Sensor. First, determine the gas density in the air, then mount this detector close to the gas source, within 2.5 m. (Note: Coal gas and natural gas are less dense than air, so they are listed above. LPG is less dense than air, so it is listed below.) Ensure the power and signal cables are correctly connected to the detector, then turn the device on. The device will then start as follows: 1. Warm-up state. The red LED flashes once and the speaker emits a sound. 2. Normal state. The green LED flashes once per minute for approximately 3 minutes. 3. Monitoring state. The green LED is continuously lit. To check if the detector is working correctly, press button S1 on the PCB. If the red LED is lit and the speaker sounds, this indicates that the detector is functioning correctly. When the gas density reaches 6% LEL, the LED turns red and flashes, and the speaker beeps (the alarm beep frequency depends on the gas density; the higher the density, the higher the frequency). Once the emergency situation is resolved, the detector can be reset to normal operating mode. The red LED flashes and the speaker sounds in the event of a detector malfunction; the internal timer emits alarm signals. The detector can be returned to normal operation once the malfunction is resolved. Testing and Maintenance: Testing methods: Continuously fill the hole with gas for at least 5 seconds while the detector is in monitoring mode. If the flashing and audible alarm sounds, this indicates that the detector is functioning correctly (for example, you can use a gas lamp to perform this test). This product has high environmental requirements; Please clean the detector regularly (e.g., remove dust, oil, moisture, etc.). Sensitivity depends greatly on the cleanliness of the detection area. Precautions: Do not install this device outdoors or in damp locations. Do not install this device near areas with high air circulation, such as ventilation areas, fans, or doorways. Do not install this device in locations isolated from the gas source. Check that there is no excessive use of chemical liquids near this detector, such as light fixtures, pesticides, ethanol, etc. In case of malfunction, please check that the input and output lines are correctly connected. The warranty will be void if this product is opened by the user.
