Easy to install without tools or hardware. Simply remove the old R and slide it into place. The pin is 11 mm in diameter x 22 mm (7/8 in) and is compatible with 99% of office chairs (excluding IKEA).
The casters give your chair a more elegant and comfortable look, allowing you to feel comfortable with your office chair or regular chair. The wheels would be the best option to upgrade your chair.
