The universal decking board comes with an adapter (for wood and WPC) and a crossbar (for slate). The regular spacing between the surface boards allows water to drain onto the waterproofing layer underneath. No more puddles on your deck. The stud system contributes to insulation: the spaces between the boards allow for air exchange. Rainwater under the deck can evaporate more quickly. You can hide pipes and cables under the deck surface: modifications can be made at any time because the boards can be easily lifted.
