Ultra-Quiet Operation: The garage door rollers are made of reinforced nylon, which reduces garage door noise by at least 75%. The smooth ball bearings effectively reduce rotational friction between the rollers and the shaft, making the garage door open and close more quietly and smoothly, effectively reducing noise.
Smooth and Solid Seal: Our garage door rollers feature ball bearings that reduce rotational friction between the rollers and the shaft.
Professional-grade sealed bearings can support up to 22.7 kg on one side, isolating over 99% of dust. Additionally, front and rear sealing caps prevent dust and dirt from entering the rollers. Easy to install: There are two installation methods. First method: Slightly bend the track at the seam to remove it, replace the roller, and move the door for the next roller (repeat on the other side). Second method: Unscrew the screws that hold the bracket to the door, secure the cable before releasing the crank (which is under cable spring tension), clip the cable to the track, slide out the old roller, place the new roller in position, and screw the bracket back on.
