Description
Suitable for: High-quality, heat-resistant, thick-steel, double-sided, sharpened blades. This ideal tool allows you to remove spot-welded metal panels or plates without deforming the metal or damaging the underlying panel, thus reducing the need for weld supports and weld breaks. Efficient. Suitable for thin plates of stainless steel, iron, aluminum, GRP, or other thin metals.
Material: High-quality steel offering excellent heat resistance, high hardness, and high wear resistance. The drill bit's center pin is spring-loaded. Blade diameter: 9.5 mm (3/8 inch). Standard shank: 6.35 mm (1/4 inch). Flat shank to prevent rotation in the chuck.
Easy Separation: This spot welder drill bit allows for easy separation of spot welded plates without deforming the metal. Separate spot welds from sheet metal, panels, etc., and drill small inspection holes.
