Barb diameter: 12 mm to 8 mm. Made of brass for corrosion resistance, high-temperature ductility, and low magnetic permeability. Connects two hoses of different diameters in a straight pass. Used for quick and easy connection of air, water, fuel, oil, and inert gases. Barbed prongs create a tight seal on flexible and semi-rigid hose when used with a hose clamp, crimp sleeve, or ferrule (not included). This fitting has barbed connections at both ends for connecting two hoses.
