- With an infrared photoelectric sensor, this is an accessory for garage door openers; compatible with swing and sliding garage door openers. The infrared beam prevents the gate from closing when an object blocks it, protecting your health and property. The egg-shaped design prevents rain and snow from entering the photocell, thus preventing the system from becoming clogged and opening or closing the gate at the wrong time.
