Set of 3 radiator expansion tank caps for BMW MINI ONE & Cooper petrol (2001-2006)

replacement cap for the MINI coolant expansion tank compatible with: MINI ONE & Cooper 1.6 petrol 2001-2006 and MINI ONE & Cooper Convertible 1.6 petrol 2004-2008. Not suitable for diesel models or Cooper S (large hood scoop). The expansion tank cap is located on a plastic reservoir in the engine compartment, at the rear, near the windshield wipers and to the left of the battery. Never remove the cap when the engine is hot. It could be ejected and the coolant could become scalding. If you absolutely must remove it, cover it with a clean cloth, lift it slowly to relieve pressure, and then carefully remove it. Do not put your fingers in the hot coolant. Older models: Engines use blue/green coolant. Newer engines use pink coolant. Pink coolant can be used in older engines, but blue/green coolant is not suitable for newer engines. Never fill the cooling system with water alone, as it will freeze and damage the radiator. Always use a sufficient amount of coolant. Color: Black. Material: ABS. Package Contents: 3 Kettle Lids.
