Made of tin-lined copper, the best material for making traditional canelés. This ensures optimal heat conduction and unparalleled crispness. Oven-safe up to 280°C. Please carefully follow the instructions for use: greasing is essential (ideally with a spray) and hand washing is recommended as these molds are not dishwasher-safe.
