Truthfully with this velvet chair. Was dubious but went ahead and bought . Once chair built very happy and surprised how sturdy it was and how comfy. Beyond monies worth. I seriously wouldn't read bad reviews. Had hiccup on delivery which was corrected and sent in less then a week. Trust me guys and girls I am first to moan but cannot fault this company. Only delivery service I would complain about
