High-quality, temperature-resistant diamond grain for efficient and clean holes. Filled with cooling wax and suitable for dry drilling. For a longer lifespan, the use of water or coolant is recommended.

For glass, tiles, ceramics, porcelain, granite, marble, quartz, limestone, fiberglass, terrazzo, porcelain stoneware, masonry and sandstone.

Application:

1.) Use the carbide drill provided to create a starting notch.

2.) Now place the diamond drill on the start notch at an angle of approx. 45° and drill carefully.

3.) As soon as the notch is deeper, place the machine and the diamond drill in an upright position.

4.) Circling slightly while drilling, this ensures that dust and debris are removed from the drilling.

5.) Pause the drilling and cool the diamond drill and the material at regular intervals

6.) Repeat steps 4 & 5 until you have finished drilling the hole.

7.) Always clean the diamond drill after the end of the drilling process, and remove all residues before re-use.

Attention: Cordless screwdrivers need a speed of at least 1600 rpm. A speed of over 2-3000 rpm is recommended for electric drills. The use of machines with low power and lower speed reduces the life of the drill extremely.
