Tips
1. When installing the grinding head, ensure the chuck can accommodate a 3mm rod. Use a special wrench to tighten it securely and check for a firm and secure fit.
2. Wear appropriate protective equipment during operation. Run the motor at idle for 1-2 minutes after installation to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
3. During grinding, the operator must stand on top of the workpiece to prevent it from flying, chipping, and causing injury. 4. When using the grinding head, increase the force slowly. If the force is too strong, the grinding head will jam and break, and the machine's motor may even burn out. The grinding angle should be maintained at approximately 30° and the grinding wheels should be moved back and forth at a uniform speed.
