Description

【Solid and Durable】The abrasive heads for rotary tools are made of high-quality material. With a hardness similar to white corundum, they are strong, sharp, and durable. They are widely used for sanding and polishing stone, glass, metal, stainless steel, and gemstones.

【Unique Design】Made in a pointed, bullet-like shape that allows access to tight spaces for other grinding needs.

For example, curved, flat, and grooved surfaces.

【Excellent Sanding Effect】The abrasive-mounted stone wheels provide an excellent polishing effect on stainless steel and other metals, with little noise and dust. They leave objects shinier and cleaner.

【Note】For your safety, please wear protective equipment. When using grinding bits, ensure the shank is fully inserted into the chuck and securely fastened.

Solid and Durable
The abrasive mounted stone grinding wheel can be cleaned and restored after prolonged use. They are stronger, sharper, and more durable.
Excellent sanding effect
Excellent rust removal for rusted objects, ideal for polishing and sanding metal and stainless steel.
Universal shank size
The shank is made of tungsten carbide steel. The universal 1/8" shank fits electric drills and most rotary tools.

Tips
1. When installing the grinding head, ensure the chuck can accommodate a 3mm rod. Use a special wrench to tighten it securely and check for a firm and secure fit.
2. Wear appropriate protective equipment during operation. Run the motor at idle for 1-2 minutes after installation to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
3. During grinding, the operator must stand on top of the workpiece to prevent it from flying, chipping, and causing injury. 4. When using the grinding head, increase the force slowly. If the force is too strong, the grinding head will jam and break, and the machine's motor may even burn out. The grinding angle should be maintained at approximately 30° and the grinding wheels should be moved back and forth at a uniform speed.
