Easy Installation: When using the grid clamp, a base bracket, fasteners, and nuts (not included) are required. The base bracket is placed under the beam, the clamp is positioned over the grid, and the grid is secured by passing it through the fasteners and nuts of both the base bracket and the clamp. This prevents the grid from easily shifting and allows for straightforward installation.
Robust Material: The saddle clamps are made of galvanized steel, a material prized for its strength and durability. This material ensures long-term use and withstands all weather conditions.
Unique Design: The saddle clamps have an oval hole design, which can accommodate a screw or trolley fastener. In most cases, a single-size clamp will secure multiple grid sizes, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs based on the screw length.
Package Contents: The package includes 25 grid clamps. You can use screws (not included) to attach the grid to the structure. Suitable for roller bar heights of approximately 1/2 to 2 inches, roller bar spacing of 1 inch, and grid opening sizes of approximately 1 inch.
