Product information

Description

Size: Set of 6 carbide countersink bits, consisting of an HSS-M2 drill bit with a countersink (including 4 bits: 2.8 × 8 mm / 3.2 × 8 mm / 3.5 × 10 mm / 4 × 10 mm + hex key), 82° countersink angle compatible with standard 3/8-inch screws, 1/4-inch hex shank for electric drill interface, for working with solid wood. Material: Carbide drill bit with depth stop, equipped with a double positioning bearing and a silicone O-ring seal. The mechanical self-locking mechanism engages immediately upon contact with the workpiece (displacement tolerance ± 0.05 mm) and the stop ring is forced into position to prevent over-drilling. Adjustable depth: The adjustable depth drill bit features a graduated ring (including a non-slip tooth pattern for one-handed operation), a front guide blade, a mirror-polished side blade with a roughness of Ra ≤ 3.2μm, and a reverse spiral depth lock specifically designed for woodworking. This lock ensures zero substrate indentation thanks to a double-contact buffer layer. Efficient chip removal design: The efficient chip removal design, with its 30° spiral blade groove, increases the chip removal rate by 70%, reducing wood fiber adhesion, extending drill bit life, and effectively preventing dust buildup and clogging. Widely used: Set of coated wood drill bits (applicable materials: solid wood/OSB/MDF/multi-layer plywood), mandatory use of the specified reverse cutting mode at 200 rpm, strictly prohibited for metal, plastic, or thin panels 3 mm thick
