Product information
Description
Material: 4341 high-speed steel (HSS), high hardness, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Sizes: M3x0.5, M4x0.7, M5x0.8, M6x1, M8x1.25, M10x1.5. This set of 6 drill bits perfectly meets your various needs. Sharp and induction hardened, these drill bits resist induction wear, ensuring high drilling speed and increased productivity. Drilling, tapping, deburring, and chamfering are performed in a single pass, thus optimizing time and the number of steps. These six steel drill bits are suitable for drilling wood, plastic, thin copper and aluminum sheets, as well as other soft metals (5-6 mm), but are not suitable for hard materials (such as steel plates). Water cooling of the drill bits is essential during drilling. If the drill bit cannot be cooled, the drilling speed and frequency must be reduced.
