These mesh grill mats are washable and reusable. Almost like a thin, flexible pan, they are made of PTFE (Teflon) coated fiberglass fabric, similar to what is used for non-stick pots and pans. This means you can cook without oil, and cleanup is simple as everything slides right off.
Instructions:
1. Wash with hot soapy water or clean in the top rack of the dishwasher.
2. If necessary, use a soft-bristled brush to remove burnt-on residue.
3. Dry with a soft cloth and lay flat when not in use.
