Description

General description

The kit includes 60 pieces of fluvalinate strips, a professional acaricide specially designed to combat the Varroa bee mite. These strips are ideal for normal and strong bee colonies, requiring the use of two strips per hive.

  • Quantity: 60 strips per pack

Compatibility and accessories

These strips are compatible with all bee hives containing colonies of bees.No additional accessories are required for their use.

Installation

To install the strips, follow these steps:

  • Open the hive and place two strips of fluvalinate inside.
  • Make sure the strips are hanging vertically and not touching the walls of the hive.
  • Close the hive after installation.

Use

The strips must remain in the hive for 35 days, without exceeding 6 weeks. They act quickly to eliminate mites, while respecting the environment thanks to their low residue dose. They are designated as a pollution-free food according to the Department of Agriculture NY/T5138-2002, which allows their use in bee feeding.

Other information

It is recommended to regularly check the condition of the strips and replace them if necessary.Always follow usage recommendations to ensure the health of your bees.
