Signature Wooden Head - Antique Brass Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Angled 15mm

Thermostatic control with a coordinated valve set

Give this radiator its own level of thermostatic control with the Signature Wooden Head Antique Brass TRV and lockshield set. The angled 15mm connection is designed for the appropriate pipe route, while the wax sensor works with the valve to reduce hot-water flow when the room no longer needs as much heat.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Give each room its own level of heating control: Instead of leaving the radiator fully open, the TRV adjusts the flow of hot water as the surrounding room temperature changes.
• Avoid heating a room more than you need: Once the room needs less heat, the TRV can reduce flow through that radiator, helping make more efficient use of the hot water being circulated.
• Give the heating system extra protection from freezing conditions: The frost setting provides a safeguard for very cold conditions by allowing the valve to open slightly when temperatures fall sufficiently low.
• Avoid sourcing a matching lockshield separately: Supplying a matching lockshield alongside the TRV means both visible valve positions can be completed as one coordinated set.
• Use a fitting designed around your pipe direction: The angled format is designed for pipe routes that need a 90-degree turn into a side radiator connection, such as pipework rising from below.
• Move beyond simple on-or-off radiator control: Multi-temperature control provides a choice of thermostatic settings rather than limiting the radiator to fully open or fully closed.
• Let the thermostatic mechanism respond without constant adjustment: Temperature changes cause the wax sensor to expand or contract, allowing automatic control of the valve mechanism.
• Make the valve set part of the radiator's overall look: The classic valve profile adds a decorative finishing touch that works naturally with traditional radiator styles. Its brushed & lacquered Antique Brass surface lets the valves become part of the radiator's overall finish rather than an afterthought.
• Add longer-term confidence to the purchase: The 5 years guarantee provides added reassurance for a product intended to remain part of the heating installation for years to come.
