Signature Wooden Head - Silver Nickel Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Angled 15mm (130mm version)

Thermostatic control with a coordinated valve set

This traditional Signature Wooden Head TRV set pairs a thermostatic radiator valve with a matching lockshield, helping you manage the warmth of an individual room without relying only on the main heating controls. The angled body connects to 15mm pipework, while the wax sensor responds automatically to changes in room temperature.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Manage radiator warmth around how the room is used: Thermostatic control lets this radiator react to the temperature of its own room rather than relying only on the main heating controls.
• Avoid heating a room more than you need: Automatic flow reduction helps avoid continuing to heat an individual room at full radiator output after it has reached the chosen comfort level.
• Reduce the risk of freezing in colder conditions: A frost-protection setting helps reduce freezing risk by allowing some hot-water flow when the room temperature drops to a very low level.
• Get the complete valve pair in one purchase: The set includes the TRV and matching lockshield together, giving you both radiator valves in one coordinated purchase.
• Match the fitting to the direction of your pipework: For side-entry radiators with pipes coming up from the floor, the angled body turns the connection neatly into the radiator.
• Move beyond simple on-or-off radiator control: Several thermostatic settings give you more flexibility than a simple manual on/off valve.
• Use a sensor that reacts as the room warms and cools: The wax sensor changes with the surrounding temperature, driving the valve's automatic thermostatic response.
• Choose a finish that complements the installation: The classic valve profile adds a decorative finishing touch that works naturally with traditional radiator styles. The Silver Nickel colour with a brushed finish gives the visible valve set a considered decorative appearance.
• Get extra peace of mind after fitting: With a 5 years guarantee, the set comes with added reassurance for the years after installation.
