When choosing the product, the nature of the load should be different, allowing for a different margin in the current rating. (Resistive loads can be selected at 2 to 3 times the load current. For inductive or capacitive loads, the current can be selected at 3 to 5 times the load current, and for motors, at 5 times the load current or more.) 2. Depending on the relationship between the load current and the ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is higher or the heat dissipation conditions are poor, the current capacity must be increased. To prevent short circuits during operation, a fast-acting circuit breaker or fast-acting fuse must be connected in series with this product in the load circuit. 3. For inductive loads, a voltage-sensitive resistor must be connected in parallel with the output to prevent damage to the thyristor in case of overvoltage. The optional varistor (MOV) is 430-470V for 240V and 680-750V for 440V. 4. During installation, the contact surface between the heat sink and the product must be flat and clean, and evenly coated with a layer of heat-conductive silicone grease. Finally, all flat washers, spring washers, and screws should be tightened symmetrically to secure it. 5. When first turning on the solid-state relay after it has stopped working, it should be turned on while it still has some residual temperature. Then, tighten the mounting screws so that the base plate of the solid-state relay and the surface of the heat sink are in close contact, achieving optimal heat dissipation. 6. The rated current of different models of solid-state relays is the nominal current.
